Some awesome thoughts worth sharing.
These are the things I’ve learned to try to do every day to live in the present, except the Frosty part. This would have been more of a wish list a few years ago, but now each has slowly become habit. For me, it works.
Put down your cell phone.
Close your computer.
Go outside.
Exercise.
Walk…
